Privacy Policy
This is a placeholder policy for the Xenion waitlist page. It exists so the waitlist form can link to a real page before launch, not as a final legal document. A complete policy covering the live product, its identity-verification flow, and EU data-transfer basis will replace this before Xenion accepts real bookings.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit, whether its domain looks academic, whether you indicated interest in hosting, a hashed (not raw) copy of your IP address for abuse prevention, and the time of your signup.
Why we collect it
Solely to notify you when Xenion launches, to gauge demand for the network, and to prevent automated or duplicate signups. We do not sell this data or share it with third-party advertisers.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time by contacting us. Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, and to withdraw consent for future contact.
